The Berrystay is a cosy private 'silver log' cabin ('kelo' in Finnish or 'torrfura' in Swedish) to rent for your perfect and comfortable Lapland holiday. And it's included a real home away from home feeling. The cabin is located in the village Äkäslompolo, Ylläs, Lapland Finland.

This is our second home, semi detached house, so you will have our part the cabin for your self. The cabin is rented as self catering. If needed there is a local hosting service in the village; Ylläs Avain, that could be at help as a payed extra service.

Description

 

• Lounge area with two armchairs, sofa and fireplace (free firewood is incl).
   

• Fully epuiped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave oven, stove with oven, fridge with freezer unit, toaster and kettle, kitchen utilities for 8 people. 
   

• Bathroom with shower, electrial heated sauna and two wc's.
   

• Totaly 8 beds, two bedrooms down stairs, with 2 single beds each, upstairs mezzanine with 4 beds (80 cm wide).
   

• Wifi, cable-tv (Netflix), Chromecast, dvd-player and cd/radio.
   

• 2 car parking spaces with heating points.
   

• Toys, games and mini table tennis.
   

• Extra equipment as fondue set, raclette, waffle maker, picnic gear, toys, games and lot of information about the area.
   

• Plastic snowsleds and 2 kicksleds for guests to use during winter season.

Guests availability

Check in after 4 pm and check out before 10 am.
 

Important information
NOTE! Bed linen and towels are not included and need to booked and payed together with your booking. 25 Euro per person. Beds are not allowed to use without bed linen. Own sleeping bags or pillows are not allowed to use in the beds.

 

Guests must leave cabin tidy and nice in the same way as founded. It's not allowed to be more than 8 guests sleeping in the cabin. No parties. We only accept guests that has read and accepted our 'Housing rules'.
