Hi guests, we are Peter - in 'Blueberry Land'  and Karin - in 'Lingonberry Land' the two owners of The Berrystay cabin. This is our beloved second home and calm retreat for relaxing and stressing down. Our first reason to get this cabin was to have a place to stay when we go downhill skiing - not to far from our home in Sweden.

Now after some years we have realized that Ylläs area with it's national park nearby is great also for cross country skiing, hiking, biking, kayaking, snowshoeing, fishing, berry picking and photosafaris. We are both Swedish, living in Sweden a few hours drive from Ylläs and we do not speak any Finnish more than a few words.  But English works well.

 

We want to share our little piece of heaven with you by renting out our cabin. So welcome!
